NEW CUSTOM ORDERS & DESIGNS

How It Works

We love working with you personally to create a design that meets all of your needs.  By reaching out to us in the "contact us" box, we are able to start the process of designing your product.  View our design packages below to find which one is best for you before contacting us.  Whether you have a design already made, or want to leave it to us, we got it covered!  Make sure an email is provided that you will have 24/7 access to, as we will work to communicate with you outside of normal business hours for quickest turn arounds.  

DESIGN PACKAGES & POLICIES

How It Works

$15 GOLD PACKAGE:  Crystal Creations LLC will create your logo/ design based off pre-made inspiration provided by you.  You can provide a hand-drawn sketch or electronic PDF inspiration photos for us to transform into a usable design, ready for us to place on your order.  Customers will be sent a single proof, with a maximum of two alterations to ensure you are satisfied with our recreations of your design.  Once the client is satisfied with the colors and fonts, it is only then that we take our last steps. 

$35 PLATINUM PACKAGE: Crystal Creations LLC will develop a tailor-made logo or design according to your wishes.  The more details you can provide, the faster we can bring to life your exact visions.  Customers will be sent a maximum of  three freshly created proofs, with a maximum of two alterations to the logo/ design you choose.  Any additional logos/ designs created outside of the allotted three will be an additional $12.   Once the client is satisfied with the colors and fonts, it is only then that we take our last steps. 

Final Proofs

After we have worked with you to get your design proof exactly how you would like it, we will send you a "Final Proof" along with an electronic signature document.  You will be required to sign the document finalizing the design, stating you have approved spelling, design, and colors.  Once the design has been finalized, any changes will require an additional fee for the products to be remade and Crystal Creations will not be responsible to cover any cost.  The customer will be required to start the process over of signing the "final proof"  of the design and reordering desired products.  We take the proofing process very seriously, so we hope you take the time to double, or even triple check, before you sign!   

Rush Orders

We understand events can come up quickly, and we will be here to help!  To ensure we can fulfill your order, customers will be invoiced and responsible for an additional $60 fee.  Rush orders include any orders needed within 10 days of contact with us.  Crystal Creations LLC reserves the right to deny rush order request; not all designs are eligible for rush order.
